We will do our best to respond within three business days during the school year. For non-urgent matters, please give us up to five business days to respond before sending a follow-up email.

Please keep in mind that our inbox is not actively monitored during school vacations or on most weekends (except for the weeks leading up to tournament day). We will respond to emails sent during school vacations based on availability, but we cannot guarantee a response until school resumes.
